Simpler CAD installation cards, automatic maximum-spacing calculations, clear road and footpath edge references, and live dimensions linked to setup fields.
New
- Maximum spacing only overrides the entered spacing range and gives one calculated maximum per width and mounting height at 0.1 m resolution.
- The setup preview highlights and briefly pulses the dimension linked to the field being edited. Dimension labels are clickable to return to their fields.
- Interior room creation includes a live preview and uses a level ceiling by default; enable Sloped ceiling when needed.
- Photometry Lab includes a live luminous-size and test-distance diagram.
Improved
- AutoCAD and LT share one dynamic installation card. BricsCAD Pro and Lite share one card. Installed editions stay visible within the family card.
- Pole offsets can be defined as a clear gap from the road or footpath edge to the pole face. Pole radius and outreach are included automatically.
- Footpath placement is automatic for routine road-reserve studies. A manual override measures from the road edge to the nearest path edge; width is included.
- Live dimension links cover spacing, sports, tunnel, interior, emergency, outdoor workplace, obtrusive-light, aviation, car-park, crossing, road-device, bus-stop, pole and photometry setup previews.
Fixed
- Spacing PDFs are concise result reports with a dimensioned 3D layout, calculated metrics, and a luminaire profile containing the photometric polar graph and source details. Reference-validation verdicts and extended standards commentary are excluded.
- Maximum search checks disconnected passing intervals and reports when a supported calculation limit is reached.
- Saved studies retain their original authored offset geometry; the new references are used for new setups or explicit changes.
- Shared CAD bundles install and remove once per family, with the appropriate native or LISP edition selected by the host.
Known issues
- Maximum spacing is resolved to 0.1 m within the supported calculation domain. Full installation compliance remains a separate assessment.
- AutoCAD 2027 adapters use the official .NET 10 SDK. An in-application launch is not verified on this PC because AutoCAD 2027 is not installed.
